We support you with maintenance and minor work relating to your property. Depending on the type and scope of the work, we either carry out suitable tasks ourselves or coordinate carefully selected specialist companies and tradespeople.
If external specialists are required, we take care of appointment coordination, access to the property and on-site supervision, ensuring a smooth process.
We are also happy to coordinate tradespeople you have already commissioned and act as your local point of contact during the work.
