2. Scope

These terms apply to all services booked via website or direct agreement.
Spanish law applies. In case of discrepancies, the Spanish version prevails.

3. Services

• Property inspections (Basic, Standard, Premium)
• 4-inspection monthly package
• Check-in / Check-out
• Key holding
• Coordination of professionals
• Pool and additional services

4. Booking

A binding contract is formed upon booking confirmation.

5. Payment

Prices include Spanish VAT.

Payment methods:

• Online (Stripe, PayPal)
• Cash upon agreement

Advance payment may be required.

6. Cancellation

Single services:

• 48h: full refund
• 48–24h: 50%
• <24h: no refund

4-inspection package:
No partial refund once service period has started.

7. Access to the property

The customer shall ensure access to the property. If this is not possible, the service shall be deemed to have been rendered.

8. Liability

Professional liability insurance exists.

No liability for:

• Theft or vandalism
• Natural events
• Pre-existing damage
• Structural defects

Liability limited to value of booked service unless gross negligence.
