  • Pool and additional services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    4. Booking<\/h3>\n

    A binding contract is formed upon booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n

    5. Payment<\/h3>\n

    Prices include Spanish VAT.<\/p>\n

    Payment methods:<\/p>\n

    • Online (Stripe, PayPal)<\/li>\n
    • Cash upon agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Advance payment may be required.<\/p>\n\n

      6. Cancellation<\/h3>\n

      • 48h: full refund<\/li>\n
      • 48\u201324h: 50%<\/li>\n
      • <24h: no refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        4-inspection package:<\/strong>
        No partial refund once service period has started.<\/p>\n\n

        7. Access to the property<\/h3>\n

        \nThe customer shall ensure access to the property. If this is not possible,\nthe service shall be deemed to have been rendered.\n<\/p>\n\n

        8. Liability<\/h3>\n

        Professional liability insurance exists.<\/p>\n

        No liability for:<\/p>\n

        • Theft or vandalism<\/li>\n
        • Natural events<\/li>\n
        • Pre-existing damage<\/li>\n
        • Structural defects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \nLiability limited to value of booked service unless gross negligence.\n<\/p>\n\n
